I did this with my farm list. It's a fun thing to glance at when I'm bored and add to. I take someone off the list when they hit 7* and then move onto the next one on the list (except Hard Nodes, which I just do 5x each day). When Captain Han came out I bumped him to the front of the list until I had him at 5*, and when CLS ended I pushed Old Ben to the end of the list after getting him to 5* and realizing I wouldn't have him finished in time--but that list is almost finished and his turn is coming back up!
Hard Nodes: Baze, Hoth Rebel Soldier, Millennium Falcon
Cantina (Energy): Nightsister Acolyte, Old Ben, mods for 1 week, Paploo, Captain Han, mods for 1 week, Anakin
Cantina (Tokens): Mob Enforcer, Cassian's U-Wing
Arena: Ventress, Savage Opress, Eeth Koth
Guild: Logray, Tusken Shaman
Galactic War: Poggle, Tusken Raider, any ship not already at 7*
Fleet: Zetas (if I have 15 or more), Fulcrum Ahsoka, Rare ships.
Territory: Hermit Yoda (45/145... *sigh*)
When it comes to gear, I'm actively working on clones and Jawa Scavenger for p2 of HAAT and my Resistance Pilot is a pain to gear (also for p2). So I've tagged those characters as Favorites and then untag them when they hit gear 10 and have good enough mods to not get creamed. Whenever I see a green plus on any non-favorite character, I immediately equip it and don't bother asking if I'll need them or not. I horde IRL, I don't need to horde in-game, too!
Currently have 107 characters at level 85, and only 8 remaining locked characters (Anakin, Commander Luke, Urrrrurururur, Nightsister Zombie, Nightsister Spirit, General Kenobi (0 shards :( ), Rebel Officer Leia, and Hermit Yoda). Sitting on 5m credits because I've run out of training droids, but should have Thrawn at 85 come the next Droid Heist.
