What do you think about K2SO's viability?

Remember, the rebel's have a buff factory toon (Leia) that can have Jyn's lead restore up to 15% Protection AoE any time Leia gets to shoot, and both K and SRP are quite good at generating their own buffs.

ruins dooku + fives complete neuters them both haha.

K2 one the best chars they made in recent times, probably since wedge.

his dmg is bit higher then B2 and his tankness is alot better then nebit hes VERY good ep on Droid team once you get his gear upo there and esp once you get Zeta abilty he regens his Protection as well. he wont be replacing any the droids for dmg but def replaces nebit for sure.

if timed right he can neuter Wiggs as well.

I was just giving my opinion on what I've seen so far with him. It's entirely possible that he gains a lot of damage with the later gear and star ranks, but I've not got any way of saying one way or another.

Also, I'm working on Omega-ing him now. Everything is at 7, so I can get a clue what will happen when I do. Getting the bonus 15% on each of his damaging abilities would be good, but I'd suspect that his basic attack will still be relatively low on the damage scales for two reasons. One: he's a tank. Damage ain't usually their thing. Except for a few notable exceptions (glares at GK). Two, he's got incredible counter chance. That generally means that base damage will be lower, because you get so many autos out.

I will say, getting a crit on his Special is a pretty great moment every time it happens. The Daze-Train is coming through!

Again, though, I must state: this is mostly speculation based on what I've seen so far and what I can guess from experience. Take it all with a grain of salt.

I run hk lead with 88, grevious, b2 and je. I think k2 would be great against wiggs which is a problem and maybe rex too but I'm not sure who to replace.

As far as taunt he's less reliable than other tanks. However as far as durability. My st han us lvl 83 g8 7* k2 is lvl 67 g8 6* and k2 has more hp and protection than han has with Hans mods. (My mods are a work in progress ) but I've sped han up so he tanks for my rebels. I may end up running wiggs, lando han and k2. No need for leia (hee triple semi rare to me) and even saves han life by neutering counters :)

I think I'll be swapping him in and out with b2 based on who's on the other team. He completely shuts down 5's, dooku, and ayala. I see them, K2 is in. I see taunters, it's B2. He's useful but I don't think game breaking.

He did just 1 on 5 the last stage of the challenge for me. That was cool.... I didn't think he could do that. Very 5ish. I don't know if it was his zeta ability in effect but he kept getting hit and not losing any protection. If he does that consistently, then yeah he'll get more play.

This. THIS. THIS! i use him arena, 6 star, gear 9, speed and potency mods. if he applies daze to biggs, its game over. 88 can use his AOE at last, and even though i lose 86's huge damage, the lack of counter attacks frees me to use 88 AND HK AOEs again. no more gimped first round, and the struggle to survive to the 4th round where i can apply the full force of my droids. I'm not completly sold, if he doesnt apply daze on his first attack i just die, so that is not so great.

Yup, he hits like a wet noodle, his taunt is unreliable, but that daze ability adds just what droids were missing, which is the ability to control counter attackers and 'full turnmeter on hit' characters.

At the start of the event I didn't know it reset so I missed like 3 days of farming, now I have a 7 star with 32/100 shards. Hopefully there is another way of getting him to 8 stars that doesn't requite money. :(
