What is Critical Chance?
Greedo's Threaten reduces the target's TM by an amount equal to his CC. By what CC though? His physical CC? Special CC? A combination of the two? An average between the two? How does CC up effect it?

- Physical CC, it is checked after CC up which adds 25% to whatever greedo already has.
