I want to know what is the new GAC strategy for new players who just reach lvl 85??? I have 3 teams: Phoenix Bad Batch and Geonosians(17000+ power, WAT ready) Geonosian fleet With the new GAC ...

You don't get banners for defense, but if you have empty slots, your opponent will automatically get full banners for those slots.
