Honestly I wouldn't have a huge problem with RG if the high health and the taunt were his only schtick. But when combined with team offense up (under rated post update IMO) and the constant stuns, he's got too much going for him.
Have you seen how much RG at 7* gear 9 hits for? Its super weak...even with offense up.
I think he meant defense up.
