Which toons are stronger at gear 13?

Well DR and BSF gets 8 more speed, which is huge seeing as they're meta. So even though DR doesn't gain the most from going to g13, he's still sort of the one who gains the most from g13.

Other than that there's Grievous, Daka, Han, and Dooku that I know of. Who gets relatively huge increases anyway. Of those I only have Grievous at g13, while Dooku will be g13 tomorrow or the day after. I have plans for Daka, but not much else really.

Both Maul and Savage also get some much needed stat boosts in the right places from what I've seen. Going to do them as well sooner rather than later.

Almost every finisher has 8 speed. The only one I know of offhand that doesn't is Droideka.

Yes but only DR is meta, so that speed is worth tons more on the DR squad than say CLS. When the meta changes it won't matter as much any more though.
