Who Are the Best Characters for Speed Mods?

Other than adding speed to already fast characters to get first turns (rey, leia, QGJ etc), what toons benefit most from speed mods? Who is slow but gets fixed withnadded speed? Savage Oppress? 5's...

Basically most everyone with long cooldowns, almost all your attackers, and special mention to leia and Rey cause of their already rediculous speed and damage.. Side note screw Rey that is all
