Other than adding speed to already fast characters to get first turns (rey, leia, QGJ etc), what toons benefit most from speed mods? Who is slow but gets fixed withnadded speed? Savage Oppress? 5's...

Old Ben w/ speed and potency is evil. Speed wherever u can put it, potency wherever else, fill in gaps w/ offense and crit. No need for defense or health since once he pops his special, the only benefit he provides is by dying.
