Who Are the Best Characters for Speed Mods?
Other than adding speed to already fast characters to get first turns (rey, leia, QGJ etc), what toons benefit most from speed mods? Who is slow but gets fixed withnadded speed? Savage Oppress? 5's...

Any toon that can cripple your opponent out the gate...Old Ben, Daka, Rex, Yoda (tenacity buffs stop all their debuffs / stuns). Also, anyone that can land a debuff on Rey b4 she goes...I use Ani, his natural speed is pretty high to begin with, prolly fastest to land a reliable debuff.
