Who should I give Fusion Furnace V to?

Hm.. I was choosing between Phasma and Dooku. Dooku is still useful as a leader because of his dodge leadership and stun. Phasma has become a more popular leader now.

I gave mine to Rey to get her to gear ix. Just to find out I need another one to get her to gear x.

But I would give to either lumi or dooku from your list. Dooku still a good toon, and does very well in gear ix.

Almost forgot to add. Arena is no longer the only game to build for. Raids as as well. Keep that in mind when making your choice.

Could save it for Rey or ST Han, not sure any of your current choices will be in the future meta other then maybe Phasma, who is probably already tanky enough at gear 8.
