Okay so i've been playing since December 2016, and i'm currently farming rebels to get EP to 7* (he's at 6* currently) for the rebels team i have:Leia 6* 49/100Luke 6* 0/100Biggs 7*StHan 7*K2SO 7*Wiggs 5* 48/65I am currently farming Wiggs in Cantina and he will probably be lead for the team.However, after the Devs released the announcement for CLS event, i need to work heavily on an Empire team to unlock R2 at 7* (currently haven't even unlocked him)For the Empire team i have Vader 7*EP 6*But the other 3 spaces are blankWhat would be the best Empire team to farm (i am F2P but will buy crystals rarely)I also need to farm Old ben 4/80 currently.Who should i start farming and in what order?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To be honest, I don't think you will be able to unlock Commander Luke this time as a FTP. Without EP at 7* you will have a hard time getting R2-D2 7*. Aside from that, you didn't mention your other empire chacacters, which won't be easy to get if you have them under 6*/5*.Getting Commander Luke in the coming event, as a FTP, will be impossible. The same goes for me, I don't have Leia nor Old Ben and I'm afraid I won't be able to get them in time unless we get double drops/guaranteed drops.

Sorry i should have made that more clear, i know i wont get CLS this time round but to prepare for next time.I have Royal Guard, Tarkin and Snowtroop all at 4*, but i dont know whether to use them as an Empire team or farm a different empire team completely?

What do you need? In practical terms, a Squad Arena team that can secure decent rewards. Depending on whether your guild needs/requires it, at least one squad that can do well in raids (or ideally, excel in at least one part of raids where there's some slack that needs picking up). And some pilots who can beat the Fleet Challenge that awards Zeta materials.If you have any resources left that you want to spend beyond what the aforementioned will consume, then dedicate it to alternate squads who strike a balance between "I like these characters" and "these characters are effective," or to the pursuit Legendary Event characters. While Yoda for example is a cool character in the movies, simply having him doesn't do a ton of good for a player who isn't serious about Jedi squads.

I would add to the previous post(which is great advice), that extra resources be spent gearing teams to help with galactic war. You receive a decent amount of credits for completing it.

I'm usually between 200-400 in my shard for squad arena, and same in the fleet arena although i have to admit i've barely put any effort into my fleet arena squad because i dont really enjoy the gameplay.My guild are working toward heroic in both raids, but are closer to heroic pit that haat, i am working toward getting enough zetas to zeta vader for heroic pit raid so i suppose that's what i'm working toward mostly, i am farming Jyn whenever she comes into the guild store.

Which is he best trooper to use in this team but also in a zader lead for pit raid?

Snowtrooper and Stormtrooper are both very slow and they don't have any innate TM-manipulating abilities that are greater than what's provided by the Zader lead, so I'd rule them out. They're just not bringing anything very valuable to the table for a Zader Pit squad. They would be about as good as dead weight.

Shoretrooper or Magmatrooper can theoretically help a Zader Pit squad, a little better than dead weight but not necessarily the best choices out of the entire array of characters. And I wouldn't recommend using both of them at the same time.

But if you're going to put Jyn and Tarkin in the squad, I think that covers a lot of the essentials anyway. Especially if you can team them with TIE Pilot, since he is very fast and his Tenacity Down helps Vader's Force Crush apply & reapply Speed Down (more important in Heroic Pit where the Rancor's tenacity stat is extremely high).

With a squad like that, the fifth character isn't really all that crucial. You could potentially manage it with almost any fifth character, since the only remaining responsibility is to do some damage and supplement what the other four characters are doing.

Since reliability is the name of the game when it comes to Turn Meter manipulation in the Pit raid, it certainly doesn't hurt to get some more insurance against the Rancor having a chance to attack. The ideal would probably be a very fast Sith who takes good advantage of the Zader lead (like Sidious, Dooku, or Assassin) or somebody that has great TM mojo built in that's not restricted by faction (Rex for example).

I'm going to farm TFP for the raid but i wont have him in time for the R2 event,

For the Raid i'll eventually run:

Zader
Jyn
EP
DN
TFP

But will use magmatrooper or like you say Rex until TFP is ready.

When do you think the Luke event will return? Next August or in say 6 months? Just trying to figure out how much time i have to get all of these teams ready
