Who to zeta first - Thrawn or Veers?
I'm about to get my first full zeta, and I'm struggling between Veers and Thrawn's Ebb and Flow. Who should I choose and why?

If your zetaing veers, it means your probably running a mostly empire squad
Thrawn's ebb and flow makes him modular, but the 2% protection gain is huge, trust me...
Think, shoretrooper can gain 2-4% protection, veers will give offense up and other buffs which contribute to the fire... snowtrooper is nessesary for his ability block
With veers, your limited to running an imperial trooper squad... with thrawn you aren't
