Because, up until very recently, the AI was never hard coded to do anything specific. I honestly don't have strong feelings one way or the other. I find the inconsistency of CG's decision to ignore the AI, except in relation to very specific toon(s) odd - but whatever. It's their game, I just play it.

Good point. Perhaps "very" was overstating it. That was the first on e though, IIRC....which I may not. :D So 2 years ago in a 5 year old game? "Kinda recently"? ;)
