But if there’s already 5 ships in play, having a reinforcement left is irrelevant.
so if you have 5 ships in play, and you have 1 or 2 reinforcements left it doesn't call them because it thinks, nah, you're doing ok ;-)

except when you are sick when you use the ability, it will call the reinforcement because it knows you are not ok :/
