Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

Initiate does have good hp, protecion and damage, but she's just way too slow for it to matter. I find Savage to be a bigger threat and i still leave him for last. NS teams are also bad on defense and they have targets on their heads since they're different.
I do wish they were more viable though.
