Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

I've just added her to my arena team to see how she does - I don't have the best arena team though as I was late to farm DPS and am still working on it. Currently: Dooku (L), Daka, Poggle, RP and NI. Currently staying in the top 20, but that's as high as I've maintained really (now or ever).
