Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

The L80 stats will never look like this in reality, because when facing L80 toons in gear 9/10 and L8 abilities, I'm sure the damage she does will be reduced or becomes insignificant, due to increased armor and protection.
Not the case at all, Level 75 GL 9 she hits like a mack truck, and gets hit like she's a mack truck (meaning she is hard to kill).
