Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

She's better than Acolyte and Talia and Ventress, but still sucks. Tons of HP, but her special #1 only does around 6-7k damage (which is bad because she is slow). Her special #2 doesn't stick very often, and is useless because she's slow.
