Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

I have her maxed. Fine in nighsister team in GW and DS missions. But too weak in arena imho. Severing strike (buff immunity) is RNG dependent and still can be resisted if procs. If it was 100% it would be a different story, but still not that great with such a low speed. Her crit is not that impressive - cool, but long cd, GS crits more often with his regular attacks. And her basic is quite weak tbh. The only good thing is loads of hp, protection and easy way to GIX. Having said that, I want to try NI in a combo wih Fives, RG, Old Ben in a team with perma stralthed Leia. Might buy some time.
