Why isn't everybody using Nightsister Initiate?

I have the toon at 7* - more because I had tried to farm units from arena and GW and cantina points that weren't farmable otherwise, not because I saw a need at the time. But it does seem to be a good unit from my limited use in GW, and it is also one of the units that you can complete all tier 8 gear without guild special equipment (everything is available from LS/DS fights).
