Why they haven't nerf rey?
I saw rey today giving me 22k (3x7k...) on my dooku. Ok, since it's not the first post on rey, the first argument of those that say rey is OK the way it is...is: she's easy to kill....well that's not ...

How undergeared are your characters that they're getting hit for 20k by Rey? My Rey is gear 9 an Flurry of Blows if all 3 land can hit for 12k to 13k, Leverage hits for 7k to 9k, Basic tends to hit for 5k to 6k it seems. Now you add offense up and any crit bonuses that will go up a little but not 20k. My squad hangs top 5 most of the time and I'm facing well geared teams. Maybe if Rey hit somebody in gear 7 or less with buffs that 20k could happen I guess. I even just did 4 arenas to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Oh and I faced a Leia team and she had a few triple taps that totaled 9k and she can't even be hit.
Edit: Just got a 12k leverage crit on what I'm guessing was a gear 8 GS. Had offense up and focused strikes.
