Working on rebel team

I currently have Old ben, Leia and Biggs. Im 6 shards away from wedge who I will use as leader and im working towards chirrut when he shows up in the fleet arena store ( I nees 10 more for him). I was wondering if I should change anything about this. Every time I use Old bens taunt he gets one shot ehen it runs off. Ben is 7* gear 8 and 9817 power and he still feels really weak. Hes the only one im concerned with at he moment. I hope I put this in the correct thread sorry if im wrong on that.
