They stated it here in the bugs section. There's absolutely nothing to get a refund for. It's a bug that's giving him WAY more TMR in raids and events, and they are correcting that to give exactly what his ability has always stated he should have.

This. His ability has always said 20% TMR. He will continue to remove that amount.

Though, when they fix this bug, that is absolutely not really affecting anything, they'll introduce 6 more that do.

I think it's improper business not to do some comp - people make decisions based on how something performs in game. In this case, DV was supposedly FIXED already this year. Give people that zeta'd him after that fix some option, because his value is going way down from what was perceived at the time. That's unfair business to hide behind something being a bug and say just eat it. They have to own that they made an error that is going to adversely impact players. Zetas are long-term decisions since they're scarce - this is a big deal.

I would not normally have this position on a fresh launch or a new revamp (like DN may have a bug now with this CD removal...fine), but this is a further reduction in his value even after CG fixed him. We're talking severe erosion of customer trust and loyalty here potentially.

Also, I wouldn't be opposed to the zeta for all DV users being returned because it's been an absolute tire fire of value reduction over time -

The first 2 didn't impact me, but I'm sure there's more than a few people that put a zeta on Vader not knowing about any of those bugs and judged his value based on his in game performance. That's such a horrible record on one particular character's skill they should just hit the reset button after this latest value reduction. Let people make a fresh call on if it's now worth it.

I agree with both sides here. I agree it is a bug and not WAI therefore no refund...

however! How long has it been functioning like this???

I got a zeta on Vader as my second one and soloed the rancor on auto shortly after. Then they "fixed" the bug and now again?

How many months have gone by that it has been like this without notification that it would be fixed.

People do make decisions based upon how others are using the characters and based upon advice from others.

Doesn't the Captain have faster speed than the Rancor so it wouldn't really affect things a whole lot if you can solo phase 1 anyway? Phase 4 I can see being difficult with the regular turn meter reduction though.

Just leave it CG can you see ANYONE complaining..? As soon as people start hearing about this " fix " they're going to be Piffed Off.!

There is a bug that wasn't working as intended. People took advantage of it and are now want to keep all the rewards with a money back. Asking for a refund is like using an exploit without the consequences

You had lots of Pit Raids where you ranked much much higher than those in your guild that don't have a Zader and you should just consider that as a "refund".

Yes the bug was listed for quite some time and they didn't fix it the very second they knew about it but that's how bug fixes have always been in this game. Its like a To-do list that is worked on periodically.

ROFL, raid rewards? I get crap most of the time, with or without Vader. Right now Vader is close to useless outside raid. Nerf him in raid, and it will be a wasted zeta
