My perfect lineup and speeds that allows me to solo every time:
Vader 172
Tarkin 170
Jyn 213
TFP 252
Bistan 201
Trick here is that Tarkin allows for much more versatility, by removing 50% (sometimes 70 from Vader's) and puts off down and crit down, making your survivability soar, meaning you can do this with gear 8 even (as is Bistan)
Jyn is fast to Trancheon and then revive Bistan if or when he dies, while giving advantage and 100% to Vader to hit lovely Culling blades
Bistan frenzies. If Jyn is resisted in her tmr, Bistan used tmr. If not, place dot
TFP does Tenacity
Vader does culling :)
Don't culling blade on phase 4. It's not worth it. Just take your time.
Edit: Jyn and TFP are G10, Vader G11, and Bistan/Tarkin is G8
