Jyn is the best character for the Rancor right now.
You can do p1-3 with almost any mix of the characters you mentioned, but only if you do it fully manually and take 1 hr+.
It takes me 45 minutes to do 10.3 million manually (solo) but yes, Jyn is in most parts essential. Stacked potency and she goes most of the times unresisted. Just make sure Bistan and Tarkin are behind her in case you are resisted
