Couple other points to add/elaborate on: start on Logray in the guild store immediately. If you want the best Rebel team, the best Resistance team, and arguably the best Padme team, you'll need C3P0 and Logray is going to make that event much, much easier.
Also, if you're going in on a Rebel fleet, Bistan's U-Wing is great. Can hit crazy hard and has irresistible target lock on special, and with G11 or higher SRP can also get to be one of the faster ships out there as well thanks to the Unique SRP provides to the ship.
Can't stress enough how much easier life is once HT and Bossk are useable in Fleet Arena. What that means depends on your shard but the sooner they're up and running, the better. Jango is an added bonus and a fantastic BH all around.
As far as GW Store, you could even stop farming anything besides ships at this point and use extra tokens for Shard Store currency. The extra gear really helps. Same goes for Squad Arena store once you finish the farms outlined above and you have the Prestige you need for your Arena team's Capital Ship.
