zeta advice needed padme vs cls squads

I'm working on 2 squads (non arena). Dunno which will get me most mileage.

Padme squad... Kenobi zeta or c3po OMG.

CLS squad....rebel maneuver or r2d2 combat analysis.

I only have 1 zeta between the 4. I'm leaning Kenobi because while I'll gear both up, he will soak up damage to keep Ashoka alive.
