You want to give at least Finn his zeta and don't save it for EP as Finns is the zeta with the most impact in the game

Poe, hands down. Multiple exposes and TMR on his taunt, key to any zFinn team.

Poe needs to be the fastest Resistance also potency so his exposes hit. Without him, the expose train doesn’t really get started. Then get Resistance trooper up there, pilots last on the list

If zeta finn, are ur resistance team ready? especially poe, res pilot, res trooper.

If r2, do u use him much? ex: arena.

Imo, i think r2 don't really need zeta in EP event

Depends what it is for. For TB or attack TW or HAAT team then Finn, doesn't work in arena as AI doesn't get expose train right. It also depends on rest of your resistance team, e.g. if you don't have RT and Poe ready then don't bother, others more mix and match but you must have them.

Arena or more utility then number crunch on R2.

Finn's zeta makes one team alot better. R2's zeta(s) make alot of teams a bit better.
So a zeta on finn is wasted without a good resistance team, r2's on the other hand is pretty much always usefull. Prioritize accordingly ;)

My entire Resis team is just missing their Zetas. And all at 85
