Wording does matter, even in this game still. EA is setting themselves up for this community “litigation”. All they need to do is change a couple words to fix this argument:
“When Nightsister Zombie is defeated while any other Nightsister allies are active, another Nightsister Zombie spawns with 100% Health and 25% Turn Meter. This Spawn can't be prevented."
It also can be thought of as the same as the Gammoreans in Pit phase 1 or HAAT mobs. They die, and even if executed or annihilated, the boss can bring them back. it isn't exactly a revive, the boss is calling new guards (with exception to turrets, which wouldn't make sense if they "died")
