If I mod my Jedi with speed mods, does the 10% speed from mods play into qui gonns zeta lead where speed equates to more offense? Thanks

So..No? This answer is quite confusing. Are you saying the 10% bonus from a speed set gets converted into offense, but the speed secondaries aren't? Is there a source for this info? Not saying your wrong, I just have always read that the offense is only from the base speed stats.
