If I mod my Jedi with speed mods, does the 10% speed from mods play into qui gonns zeta lead where speed equates to more offense? Thanks

AFAIK, the offense bonus is applied at the start of the battle after all speed bonuses (from mods + zQGJ lead) are applied.
