Yes...if you dont have max gear, then Yoda is good, because with that Foresight and Tenacity you can avoid a lot of damage...However, then when your characters are G11, you dont need to avoid so much damage, so Shaman is better because his heal will be good enough to survive - and with his DoTs you will get higher score...
