‘Tap for price’ in store

Most data cards in my store have a price tag and I can buy those. 
three of them show ‘Tap for price’ and if I try to buy those, I receive an error (see attachment). 
as I can buy other cards, nothing is wrong with payment method or connectivity. 

• removed game, restarted device and reinstalled app
• tried via WiFi and via mobile data
• reset my local settings ( language and region)
• disconnected game center and reconnected 

device is an iPhone 14 pro
