1 star characters in Conquest
My CUP was at 1 star and he wasn't showing up for Conquest (hard). I haven't come across this before, nor could I find anything about it.
Is it a rule? Is it a bug? Is it that new players don't have 1 star characters anymore?
Once I upgraded him to 3 stars (didn't check on 2) he then showed up and could be used in Conquest.
