#3 GAME CRASHED

Platform:Android Tablet
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? ZH960

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug The game continues to crash several times a day under battles. 03.27. 14:16 GMT - my last possibility in FA, battle for 1st place, but the game crashed. also 21:25 GMT and 23:35 GMT game crashed. 03:28. I started to play at 14:04 GMT. Until 14:46 GMT the game crashed 3 times. Last one my last possibility in FA, battle for 1st place, but I couldn't finisshed because the game crashed. This is the 2nd time in short period when I got lower reward in FA because the game buggs!!!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find it in Your history! LET'S FIX BUGGS! It is not an individual problem and it is not in my side.

    @csiksza Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing crashes in game. I checked your account today and couldn't find any account related issues. This means that the issue is with the device. Unfortunately, we don't have your specific device to test on our side at the moment, but what I can do is to recommend trying the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article for Android devices:

    Hi!

    If You checked all my history You could see that it is happend not only this device.

    Furthermore I did everything what is written on the recommended topic and only this game running on my tablet and the system's programs. Before I start the game I make a tablet clean.
    If You read all reports it is not only my issue and it is also happend in Apple and Samsung device.
    You can see this issue in GAC history when You see what I'm reported.
    It would be good if once not supposed to that the issue is in users side and looking for it in Your side.

    for example: Here You can see. The 1st battle (Padmé vs Padmé) wasn't a quit it was happened by bug when the game crashed.

  • The game crashed just now.

    GA match, Nest against Ewoks and You are fool if You think that I quit from undersized match!

    I lost too much revards because of same stupid things and I already tired to report all of them... But it is very experience destroyer. Maybe it is better to rate this app only 1 star.

    DO SOMETHING TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE!

    @csiksza Key think to remember - most crash and freeze reports are from various Android devices. Because of the fragmentation of the Android OS across different carriers and phone manufacturers, swgoh is running across hundreds of different software platforms simultaneously.

    If a huge population of android users had issues, then it would likely be due to faulty coding (I.e. “bugs.”). If they spend hundreds of Dev hours to optimize the game for your ZH960 device, it could cause more issues for other devices, or become instantly obsolete when your manufacturer updates their software version.

    I know it doesn’t help your problem - some players (like you) experience many issues, while others experience none. I just hope this helps understand why the studio says it’s “your device.”

    I could accept it if I use only that device (ZH960), but this thing is happened with me more times and in different devices too.

    And now check my new report when this thing is happend with me in BlueStacks.
