Can't log into the game

When I try to open the app, it stays on the initial load screen and says either, "Checking for updates" or "Loading Cantina" endlessly. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connection Type Wifi Please select your region North America Country United States I downloaded the update when it told me that it was available (and required) a few days ago, Tuesday (4/13) or Wednesday 4/14). I don't remember which day it was. Late Wednesday (4/14) night or early Thursday (4/15) morning, around 1am-ish, a member of my guild commented that the update had been buggy. I, along with a few other members, said that it hadn't been an issue for us. After I closed the game app from that session, I wasn't able to get it to work properly again. When I try to open the app, it stays on the initial load screen and says either, "Checking for updates" or "Loading Cantina" endlessly. Friday (4/16), I freed up a ton of space on my phone, as well as my SD card, and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have cleared my cache, and my phone has been restarted many times, as well. I was able to finally get into the game (as a new user), and then had to switch to login in to my account, which took about an hour. When I was able to log into the game on my account, I was able to claim my daily reward, inbox, post a message in the guild, and anything else would get stuck loading. If I try to load the app again, it gets stuck endlessly "Checking for updates" again. I read through the troubleshooting guide, and believe I have tried all that is applicable. Every time (100%) Summarize your bug Ive noticed that everytime I use Profundity's ultimate the game sound gets bugged. If I had to describe it it feels like your volume goes from 100% to 30% and im not sure about this but some sound effects might be gone for good. The way you can fix this manually is restarting the game, but at the time of this post Ive been dealing with it for 1-2 months, so I believe you might not be aware of it. The bug is still going even if you finish the battle, go through the menus or even attempt more battles. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can replicate this bug using Profundity's ultimate on any kind of battle, it should happen 100% of the time in GAC and fleet arena, not sure about the rest of game modes. One of my guildmates (ally code listed above) is in the process of doing the first tier (Hondo) of the Dr. Aphra Journey Guide event. He has spent hours on the event and has Hondo at Relic 6, and has been unable to complete the event with over 100 attempts. He submitted videos showing the event and I can confirm that the event is literally impossible right now except in the event of extremely good RNG luck. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
