This looks like an issue that many on these forums and in the SWGOH community have faced, including some of the top content creators (Youtube Video from Ahnaldt101 experiencing this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaH_hRACEuA&t=158s). I believe this is similar to the post from kimraehoon on these forums from August as well (who also mentioned another forum post from dwillmer). It seems as though someone was able to access my account randomly through a glitch in the guest account functionality and now they are just taking over my account. I don't know how to reproduce this, but I do know that the video linked above and the many posts regarding this same issue means this is something that CG/SWGOH devs have handled before. Connection Type Mobile Please select your region Other Country Russia Just the other day, I received a message from my guild officer that my account was renamed and I left the guild. I was very surprised, checked and everything happened exactly like that. Shortly after that I begin receiving the "Connect Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in" error pop-up. This person that has hacked/accessed my account is using my crystals & resources, changed my username and affecting my ability to access the game. I have reached out to EA customer service and submitted several tickets, to which they have just recommended I change my iOS/Game Center/google mail password. I have done this and I have 2-step verification already set up, but this person who has access to my account still can get in no problem and has changed my username and left the guild again last night. What's interesting: I have access to the game from iPhone and Android, but I can't log in with my computer account. I am offered to link my EA account to my Star Wars account again. Also, I can no longer log into the online store with my account. It feels like an attacker disabled my EA account and linked his EA account in some strange way. And yes, my fears were confirmed: that's exactly what happened. After digging through the game files, I found that my account is now linked to another EA account with a different name. The game itself has a function "unlink your account", but when you do this, a warning pops up "you cannot unlink your account." And when i try to connect my EA account, which has already been connected, it gives an error with the code 9.0 Despite all my efforts to secure my account by following all the recommendations of EA support, by doing everything in my power, the attacker continues to have access to my account. He comes in regularly, spends energy, crystals, spoils my gaming experience. EA support can't help, I'm already desperate and don't know who to turn to, so I decided to write about it here on the forum, in case at least one of the developers hears me. After looking at other topics, I saw that many people face a similar situation. Maybe @EA_UltraSlide can help. I hope that someone will hear me, I have nowhere else to turn. Every time (100%) Summarize your bug When I want to connect to the Starwars heroes of the galaxy game, I can't connect and the game tells me I have a connection problem if I am using mobile data from my ISP (Orange, biggest ISP in France). If I connect on wifi it works, but it's a big problem not being to play on the go, in public transportation going to work for instance. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to access SWGOH on a cellphone using mobile data only with some ISP at least in France. Connection Type Mobile Please select your region Europe Country France Guys, We have zero information on this bug, but a lot of people have been unable to access the game on mobile data for over 4 weeks now. It has been reported multiple times, by myself and other players, but you guys merged our bug with the overheating bug thinking it was one and the same when it's not. We don't even know if the team understand there is a bug here. It was working fine until the death trooper peridea update on our mobile data. Somehow the code changed with the death trooper peridea update making it impossible for some player to access the game while using mobile data. It does give each ally the health up buff. I was thinking this could be happening because part of this Special states that he'd gain 50% turn meter for any shocked enemy and Unbreakable Will states that turn meter can't be modified while active. Every time (100%) Summarize your bug The newly added EA Unlink button in-game does not work at all, and when I try to use it, it gives me an error code of "9.0" (screenshot attached). I have gone through a multitude of EA Help Advisors for this issue and the majority of them seem to think it is impossible to unlink an EA account from the game (which is used to be as we all know -- but now it is not). As far as I have been told by a couple of them, there is a cooldown time specific to that EA Unlink button, and that I would have to wait to use it. This has been an ongoing issue for me for about a month and a half now. I am under the suspicion that the button is bugged for me, or perhaps the cooldown timer is bugged? I am reporting a bug for the first time in nearly 9 years of gaming with you. Here is my ally code: 848-355-196 and my nickname in game is: Whīzzø I unlocked Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano in the first week after her release, she is one of my favorite character in the entire Star Wars universe and has been hoping for a Galactic Legend for her, so first of all, I wanted to say thank you for make this happens! Now, let's get to the core of the issue. I encountered this problem many times during the past few weeks. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be penalizing. Today, for the first time, battle completely froze during Territory Battle on Felucia, playing the Young Lando special mission. Line up was: GLAT lead, Young Lando, Padawan Sabine, Ahsoka Fulcrum, Huyeng. Battle starts well, reach ultimate, build the team offense and stats, then GLAT turn comes. I merely hit basic ability then nothing happens! You can see screenshot number 2 (ROTE bugged froze). Menu for abilities do not show up anymore, it's supposed to be enemy's turn as you can see on the right hand side of the screenshot, but they do not go... Even if I try to hit AUTO basic or complete AUTO, nothing happens... I can open setting and retreat, but it ends up in a loss and got points stolen from my guild and myself. Not a biggie, but I would love to see that fixed very soon. Now, squad arena. It happens once a day I would say, same issue than ROTE. Middle of battle, ALWAYS on GLAT turns, I hit any ability, doesn't matter which one, I had the bug on any of them, battle froze and I cannot do anything. I tried to joined a short 10 seconds video, didn't work, same with zip file. Same here, I can only retreat. I noticed it FREQUENTLY happens against SKLR! Like 75% of the time. Occasionally happens against GL Leia. Also, when the bug happens, very often it starts with the same pattern: all characters become dark and all the menu disappear, see attached first screenshot (Bugged dark). Sometimes I get lucky and can play anew after 10 seconds. Sometimes I'm just screwed and need to close the game and relaunch it. It also happens randomly without characters to turn dark, like I would hit basic on GLAT, then nothing would happens for 5 seconds, then everything goes back to normal, but I have to take a turn with GLAT again, like if it was cancelled. Last thing, which is not penalizing but kind of funny. DEAD characters DO NOT disappear! I have screenshots of this, but I can only join 3 attached files. I happy to provide more if you need me too. But when I play GL Leia, very often I kill her, she remains here and I can continue to attack her, even though she is dead! I can of course change target and clear them and when I win, I have the VICTORY screen, with the one, two or three characters DEAD, but still in the middle of the screen ^^ That's it for me. This has happened to me twice where I finish my daily quests before they reset, but I am unable to claim my rewards. I get a popup that says “Daily Quests have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox.” The problem is that my daily quests haven’t reset yet which you can see on the timer in my screenshots. When my quests actually reset, I receive the individual rewards in my inbox, but I am not receiving the crate for completing all 7 dailies even though they were all completed before reset. This means I am missing out on all the crate rewards including crystals, episode points, and Kyros. I have been experiencing this same issue since GL Ahsoka Tano became available. When using her ultimate ability, it can cause the game to lose the buttons in the lower right corner of the screen. This has happened to me in GAC, TW, and TB. I have used the in game EA Help, but I don't feel heard when trying to explain. I'm told to back-up the game or reproduce it on another device. It's frustrating to lose out on banners, stats, and rewards due to this continued problem. Is there any timeline to when a fix will be available?
