Trying to unlink EA account from SWGOH
Ive been trying to unlink an EA account from my SWGOH since I no longer have access to the email. I tried using the in game support but they provided literally ZERO help. He has spent hours on the event and has Hondo at Relic 6, and has been unable to complete the event with over 100 attempts. He submitted videos showing the event and I can confirm that the event is literally impossible right now except in the event of extremely good RNG luck. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time (100%) Summarize your bug Darth Bane First Special (Malevolent Whirldwind) says the following: "Dispel all buffs on all enemies twice, then deal Physical damage to all enemies twice, dealing 10% more damage for each buff dispelled, and inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns." However if you use this ability on any character with Foresight the attack is dodged and does nothing....no damage is applied, no healing immunity is applied either which would mean it's doing the damage first and the dispel later which makes no sense as it's supposed to gain offense from the buffs dispelled so the physical attack does more damage. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have tested this multiple times vs JMK as well as Cere UFU teams and the results are always the same, the attack results in everyone dodging and nothing else happening. Enter battle with Bad Batch members: Hunter ❤️, Echo, Tech, Wrecker. Fifth member probably doesn't matter. Game mode probably doesn't matter. Alternatively, enter battle against Bad Batch team on defense. 3. Exit battle. It probably doesn't matter if you win, lose, or retreat. 4. Listen. I've had this problem for well over a year at this point, where a majority of the shop offers that involve chance do not show up. Many other people have reported this problem, and its been linked to the origin country of an account being in a place with certain anti-gambling laws (mine is Belgium). I moved from Belgium nearly a decade ago, yet my account still follows the laws of Belgium rather the US where I currently reside. Over the course of dozens of conversations with the in-game customer support, many of which ended in links to other star wars games or suggestions to reinstall the game, no solution has been presented for what seems to be a relatively straightforward and easy fix. A while ago, Gunnar suggested on a similar post such as this to try with the in-game support as they should be able to fix this problem, but I'm back now to report that nothing has changed whatsoever. Is there really no fix for this, or can something be done?
