Incorrect Conquest Rewards
My Ally Code is 588-379-675 and I received the rewards for 627 keycards this conquest despite knowing I had achieved 630 keycards and red crate. I got red crate last conquest cycle and am certain I got it this time but I don't have a screenshot of the red crate from this conquest. This season's conquest rewards are still unclaimed in my inbox (see attachment) so it would be great if you could switch them out for the red crate rewards, thanks.
Not able to purchase Jedi Night Revan
Everytime I go to the we store and try to buy jedi night Revan lightspeed bundle and error pops and the whole web store refreshes then when I go check he’s completely vanished from the store and only Darth Revan is there. He also disappears from the ingame store and once again only darth Revan Is there. I could try buying him off the ingame store when he appears again but my reason for the webstore is for the parsec Kessel run. Let me know if you guys are also experiencing this or it’s just me allycode: 377-551-925

However, after completing the conquest today, I did not receive any reward. I am therefore missing the red crate from the completed conquest. Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot because I didn't expect not to receive the reward. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if they can determine anything from the logs.
