4th place I go: please please please change my timezone

Greeting,

I come to you now as my 4th stop; I have asked through email and got blown off. Later I emailed again, and got blown off; thanks to persistence I was told to go to live chat.

I just did that, and although the guy tried, he also said he could not help me and told me to go here because only the studio team could help me. 

So I come to you in the hopes that after hours of back and forth, you can finally help me.

I've been playing since Dec last year and over time have become more and more serious and competitive. I have also been spending money in the game, and intend to continue to do so if it was not for 1 major issue: 

I started playing while I was on holiday in Peru, whereas I live in Amsterdam. That means my arena pay out  happens at midnight and 1 am (squad and arena) and my last energy refresh is at 3am. As I take the game more and more seriously, this is becoming a significant problem and it's hampering my enthusiasm considerably because it is just unfair. 

I'm trying to compete and I'm trying to help my guild to the max possible, but that has lead to me losing a lot of sleep and always missing the 3 am energy refresh. After so many attempts and being told to go to x and y without avail, I don't feel like a particularly valued customer though I most certainly have passion for the game (and am spending).

Please please help me change the timezone to GMT+1 Amsterdam time. If I again hear that I should go somewhere else for help I will expect some kind of reasonable recompense if you'd like me to keep playing & spending, because this just isn't right, and the issue at hand is not fair.
