Unfortunate…my son bought the guild relic pack for me and it didn’t send. After 2 months, tons of emails, screen shots, going to multiple different EA websites and posting like they requested. I got, “contact Apple, you are SOL.”

EA has absolutely horrible customer service, worst mobile I’ve ever seen. They could care less about their customer.
