$50 target gc didn’t receive bundle in game

Bought the $50 gift card with swgoh bundle on May 1st. Redeemed it, which is shown in the App Store, but never got the rewards in game. Tried Apple support that said since it’s registered in the App ...

I had the same issue and EA support was no help claiming I already got my rewards. But I guess they know better than I know my own account.
