a module disappeared

Hello,

I replaced a grey mod by a gold one (5 dots). But the gold module suddently disappeared, the previous one went among all the unassigned  modules.

Is it possible to look what happened ? I did not sell it, so I don’t know how it’s possible I can’t find it.
