Accidental Heroic Sith Raid launch

Hi.  I had set up with some merc players to come in and help us with a Heroic Sith Raid this evening.  I asked a new officer in our guild to launch the raid.  He accidentally set it for a 24-hour join period instead of launching immediately, so our merc friends won't be able to stay in our guild to participate because they have to be back in their home guilds tomorrow morning.  Could we possibly get our raid tickets back?  This was a rookie mistake, and I feel bad that I had an inexperienced person launch the raid without more guidance.  Thank you for considering this.  In the game, I go by "Baron Soontir Fel," and my guild is called "Dark Alters."
