Accidental purchase

Was trying to buy my gear for credits in featured shipment and my pc lags and I accidently click on Razor crest (8 shards ) spent 960 crystals on it =( not even farming this ship right now or near it and that's is a' lot of crystals for me I just started this last summer   ,  Is there anyway I can refund that purchase  I tried to contact support but didn't seem to get anywhere .  Thank you very much reading or anything you can do my ally code is  126-375-721
