Accidentally spent 2500 crystals on MK 4 Zaltin Bactagel Salvages

I was just purchasing gear for upgrading shiny new Bo Katan and I purchased some bactagels from the guild store using guild currency - I went to click where the option for shard currency to purchase them was but it had for some reason moved all the way to the left so I ended up hitting the option to purchase 200 for 2500 crystals. I clicked without thinking since that’s where the shard option was earlier and now I’m 2500 crystals in the hole :(

Any way I can get a refund? I never used the gear and it literally just happened 5 minutes ago. Ally code is 668-939-562 if that helps.
