    Hello there! I've been trying to get rewards for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes through the online shop, but then there happens to be problem. "This account is not authorized to access the web
    store" it says. Is there any way to solve this problem and understand the reason of it? My ally code is 684-719-757
