Account is not authorized to access webstore

I used to be able to access the webstore easily but now whenever I log in on any device I get an error that states "This account is not authorized to access the webstore." I'm curious if this is a kn...

@DragoGard48 Thanks for the info. Did you update your date of birth on the swgoh account around this time?

No, although my birthday was in march if that makes any difference.

    @DragoGard48 I am asking because a user must be 18 years old in order to access EA Connect button and the webstore, regardless of geo-location. Based on your account information you are not 18.

      Thanks for your help anyways. I just found it curious how the webstore used to work for me but not anymore

        @DragoGard48 Can you launch the game and follow the instructions? Once you updated the required details, try to log into the webstore again.
