Account lost

With the connection drama recently and getting back in, now the alt acct is lost to me, but is still there, just cant access

Seems did not bind to the google play gmail. Have collected rewards through EA with it, have the player ID, not sure how to retrieve and bind it. 

In game name was MINIdean 795-446-877

Was suppose to be bound, matching the gmail used here.
