This has nothing to do with it, but I lost almost all my in-game credits this morning even though I didn't use them. I'm getting no help from EA, it's really shameful, especially since I made several purchases yesterday with PayPal. It's disappointing.
I'm trying again, this time it's been sent by email instead of directing me to the chat client, I think and hope that means it's a different team.
The staff on the chat client are absolutely useless, they have no idea what SWGOH even is.
It's crazy bad service.
