You can try opening a case with an advisor here to go through account recovery. I don't know if they'll be able to move your account though. If there are any options, an advisor will let you know.

@EA_Aljo I can provide verification of ownership, is it possible for the account to be cloned or recovered and if so who do I need to contact?
