EA staff here can't help with account-related issues. Sorry.
If you can’t access your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes account, you might need to create a new account, unlock the settings menu by completing the tutorial if necessary, then follow the steps in this guide to submit a Support Request from within the game.
One of our advisors will do their best to help you. It might be possible to recover your account, you can find the necessary information to recover a linked or a guest account in this guide, it's not always possible, though.
