Missing/Copyright License Issue?
While bored on the PC, waiting for energy to accumulate, I decided to look at the About section & saw this. I don't know if this was intentional or if someone forgot to change the information while copying it over. But I thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know. I found it funny, but I don't know if this could be a serious problem for the company or not. So I put it here for it to be fixed or not I decided to put it here in technical issues, because I couldn't think of any other place where it would be appropriate to put it, but as it is a "technical issue" in the very loose sense. I figured this would be appropriate. If I'm wrong, then please gladly move it over to the appropriate section
Unable to log in to the game
Ever since the most recent update, it is nigh impossible to log in to the game. It will keep saying there is an error in connection or "unable to access required internet source." Even if I am connected to wifi or not, SWGOH can rarely be opened. I am on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I know in the past there have been major issues with SWGOH updates and Samsung, but this is getting tiresome.Missing zetas and kyro rewards
Did anyone else get character shards instead of zetas or kyros with the event this past weekend? I have Luthen and Ezra Exile at 7 stars and a bunch of times I still got shards instead of zetas or kyros. Probably lost about 10-15 of each. Customer service on the help tab was super unhelpful. They bounced me to 4 different agents who each asked the same questions and information before ultimately saying there was nothing they could do.Fury class interceptor LSB
Attempted to purchase bundle twice, purchase never went through and continues to just say pending (attached below). EA chat support said to post on the forum when asked if EA could add the bundle back to my account store. Also contacted meathead militia but no help on discord. Any chance EA can add it back. Hello, for a week now I have found myself with several bugs that prevent me from enjoying the game. The bugs are as follows: impossibility of recovering daily rewards, impossible to recover resources and successes. Add to that a bug prevents me from doing certain fights like coliseum or GAC by blocking my screen on an interface without buttons and without using skills with shortcuts. At the end of a certain fight in GAC the game freezes and I have to restart it. This therefore prevents me from winning. These bugs are present on the mobile and PC platform, they do not disappear after reinstalling the game. Thank you for your understanding
